Age restrictions

The majority of adult education classes provide a range of learning opportunities for adults from the age of 18 years, unless otherwise specified.

Children and Adult Classes

Some of our classes are specially identified as Parent/Child or Parent/Teen. These classes offer activities that a parent and a child/teen can undertake together. One child is admitted free with each adult and an adult must accompany the child to each session.
For classes other than those designated Parent/Child or Parent/Teen special approval may be given for students aged 16–18 in exceptional circumstances or through referral from other organisations. Please contact us if you wish to apply for special approval.

Cancellations and refunds

Please choose your course carefully. A full refund is payable in the event that a class is cancelled. No other refunds are considered except for extenuating circumstances which are supported by a written application. When we cancel a course, we aim to give at least 5 working days' notice prior to the scheduled start date.
